Service Description
This class is for those who have practised the 24-Step Simplified ‘form’ or routine all of the way through with or without guidance. This class offers gentle exercises to: • relax the mind • relax the body • improve posture • increase joint mobility • lengthen the muscles • improve coordination • improve balance • strengthen the muscles • increase range of movement • increase awareness of the body • increase lymphatic drainage • stimulate acupoints • feel invigorated. We will then learn, practice, correct and explore movements from the Tai Chi 24-Step Simplified ‘form’ or routine. Our practice helps us to be mentally present and can be described as meditation and medication in motion.
