Service Description
Please note that there will be no classes on the 4th May and 25th May. The 'Form'! Classical Chinese body poetry-in-motion known as Tai Chi Chuan. In this class we will study the traditional Yang-style short routine which has 24 postures. This term we will delve deeper into the understanding of the postures and the cultural references of the names of the postures. We will learn body mechanics, and join together both the physical and intellectual. My approach combines traditional and contemporary teachings. This class is suitable for all levels. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the class you will not be admitted.
