Service Description
The perfect way to start the day. A full funky workout! 60 minutes building strength, flexibility and mobility. Sweaty - Relaxed - Strong. Martial Arts Foundation Level 1: Beginners / Intermediates. Experience another way of learning and moving, all in 60 minutes. In this session you will learn to understand how to effectively use your body, mind and breath. Enjoy the process of studying through the practice. Your joints will develop freer range of movement, which will allow the blood and chi (energy) to flow freely around your body. You will experience moments of being sweaty, relaxed and strong. What you will need: Listening skills, observation skills and an empty cup. A Yoga or gym mat. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the class you will not be admitted.
