Tai Chi Yang-Style Short Hand Form Workshop with Barry McGinlay

This workshop will involve corrections, posture testing and review of the basics of this routine, as well as delving deeper into the postures and transitions, reminding us of the requirement to both maintain and develop our practice. We will look at the relationship between form and function. A must for all levels of experience. We warmly welcome everyone. Light refreshments will be provided.
