About the event
This workshop will run for three hours. In the first hour we will work on solo martial arts-informed exercises that will take place on mats. This will be followed by two hours of Chinese weapon work: the 'Mother' of all weapons - the staff! We will begin with solo exercises and then progress to partner work.
