Martial Arts Training for Young Women

Service Description

Martial arts foundation training for young women aged 12-16 This class will include the fundamental basics of martial arts. They will include pad-work, kicks, punches, strength building, flexibility, and Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan. My classes have a focus on breathing and mindfulness using elements from Tai Chi and Qigong.
