Service Description

Martial arts foundation training for young women aged 12-16. This class will include the fundamental basics of martial arts. They will include pad-work, kicks, punches, strength building, flexibility, and Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan. My classes have a focus on breathing and mindfulness using elements from Tai Chi and Qigong. Note: If you join a court already in progress, please enrol in the course, and the instructor will calculate the prorated amount for the remaining classes, which you can then settle in person.
