Service Description

Kick arse using boxing and kicking techniques in a mindful way, utilising elements of Tai Chi and Qigong. For women of all ages. Note: If you join a course already in progress, please enrol in the course, and the instructor will calculate the prorated amount for the remaining classes, which you can then settle in person.
