Service Description

This is a dynamic full-body workout using boxing techniques as well as kicks, balance and strengthening exercises. Joelle uses her knowledge of different martial arts - bringing together elements of Hapkido, Tai Chi and Qigong - and has a focus on being mindful and working with the breath.
